1. Introduction
Welcome to Zenlatora at zenlatora.online. These Terms of Service govern your use of our offerings focused on spiritual growth courses for entrepreneurs.
2. Offerings
We provide three main categories of offerings: customized services, digital products, and physical goods.
3. Orders and Payments
When you purchase any offering, you agree to pay the applicable fee. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and must be paid in full before access or delivery.
4. Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies based on the type of offering you select:
4.1 Customized Services
Customized services include one-on-one coaching, workshops, and retreats. You may request a refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. If you cancel within 48 hours of the service, the fee is non-refundable due to reserved time. Alternatively, you may request a schedule change at least 24 hours before without additional fees. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days back to the original payment method.
4.2 Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable courses and materials. You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the content. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days back to the original payment method.
4.3 Physical Goods
Physical goods include books and starter kits. You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery by sending the item back to us at the address below. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued within 14 days back to the original payment method.
5. No-Refund Situations
Certain offerings, such as intensive retreats and exclusive mentorship programs, are explicitly non-refundable due to the personalized nature and limited availability. By booking these offerings, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
